

| Stuffed Celery | |
| 8 oz package reduced or no fat cream cheese | |
| 1 can deviled ham | |
| 1 stalk of celery | |
| Wash and cut up the celery into any size pieces you prefer and arrange on a plate. Combine the cream cheese with the deviled ham and spread on the celery. | |
| Cinnamon Apple Snacks | |
| One apple cored and cut into bite size slices | |
| Cinnamon and Equal or any other sweetener that you use | |
| Combine the cinnamon, sweetener and apples in a bowl, mix well and enjoy! You can also use cut up celery in this. | |
| VARIATIONS OF THIS | |
| Get unsweetened yogurt, add sweetener and cinnamon. I sometimes put fruit in this, like apple or peach pieces. | |
| Stuffed Chicken Breasts | |
| Enough boneless, skinless chicken breasts for a meal. Can make enough for 2 meals | |
| 1-2 pkgs of reduced fat or no fat cream cheese | |
| Dried onions | |
| salt and pepper to taste | |
| Pound out the chicken breasts to within a quarter inch thickness. Actually can be pounded out to whatever thickness you like. Soften the cream cheese and mix with the dried onions and salt and pepper. Spread the chicken breasts out and fill with the cream cheese mixture. Roll up and fasten with toothpicks so they will stay together when cooked. I grill or broil them until the chicken is done and the cheese is melted inside. They can be pan fried in a little olive oil or coat the pan with a non stick spray and cook until done. | |
