The Illinois Valley Y is members and participants as opposed to customers or consumers and works to foster long term involvement. All people are welcome to participate regardless of race, age, gender, sexual orientation, ability, ethnicity, religion, or ability to pay. The Illinois Valley Y is not an "agency", it is an Association of people working together to improve the quality of life for families, individuals, and the community. The Y believest that health of mind and body is a sacred gift and that wellness, physical fitness, and mental well-being are conditions to be achieved and maintained.

Membership Fees
The following memberships are full privilege use of the YMCA facility under its rules and regulations. All YMCA memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Bank drafts are continual and require:

• The first month membership fee to be paid at time of registration
• A signed bank authorization bank draft card
• A voided check or deposit slip

A bank draft must be cancelled in writing by the 10th of any month.

 

Family Parents and all children to age 24 years old if still claimed as a dependent on the tax return of the head of household. 18 to 24 years old must show proof of 12 credit hours of their college schedule.	$100 joiner fee $47.50/Monthly $670.00/New or $570 Renew
Individual 18 years of age and older. No longer in high school or college.	$100 joiner fee $41.50/Monthly $598.00/New or $498 Renew
Single Parent Family One parent household and children up to the age of 24 years old if still claimed as a dependent on the tax return of the head of household. 18 to 24 years old must show proof of 12 credit hours of their college schedule. Parent must be single	$50 joiner fee $35.50/Monthly $526.00/New or $426 Renew
High School/College High School age and full time college student age only. Must show college credit schedule with at least 12 credit hours.	$25 joiner fee $23.00/Monthly $289.00/New or $264.00 Renew
Youth Kindergarten - Jr. High only.	$25 joiner fee $17.50/Monthly $310.00/New or $210 Renew
Senior Individual Must be 60 years of age or older.	$26.00/Monthly $312.00/New or Renew
Senior Couple Married Senior Couple, must both be 60 years of age of older.	$31.00/Monthly $372.00/New or Renew

GUEST POLICY
Daily guest passes may be purchased at the courtesy counter. Youth (6-20) - $5.00, Adult (21 & over) $10.00. The Y reserves the right to limit guest passes!

LASALLE COUNTY YMCA MEMBERS
Receive a reduced guest fee $5.00/Adults $3.00/Youth and you must have valid membership at Ottawa or Streator Y's. The Y's policy is that no one will be turned away because of lack of funds. If you know of a person who would benefit from a Y membership or program, but does not have the needed funds, please contact our courteous staff.

Because of your membership at the Illinois Valley Y, you can use the programs and facilities of hundreds of other participating Y's across the United States and Canada.
