The Illinois Valley YMCA is 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.

Thanks to the generosity of people like yourself, hundreds of children will have the opportunity to develop positive values, experience the great outdoors, enjoy youth sports and aquatics, expand their horizons in the humanities, learn new skills in camps, receive safe child care, become teen leaders, make friends and spend time with their families.

Become a Partner of Youth and help kids grown strong through your gift. Every child, regardless of their family’s ability to pay, will have the opportunity to participate in a YMCA program. This is where you come in…your contribution keeps us strong, and helps us fulfill our mission of building healthy spirit, mind and body for all.

Here’s how your investment can help build strong kids, strong families and strong communities:

• $100 provides 1 child with a week of summer day camp.
• $200 allows a youngster to participate in youth sports for a full year.
• $250 provides a year of pre-school Enrichment for a 2 yr. old.
• $300 provides YMCA membership for a family.
• $500 gives After School care for 5 kids for 5 months.
• $3000 provides nonrecurring start-up costs for a new YMCA After-school program.

Planned gifts provide for the future of children and families in our Illinois Valley area through inclusion of the YMCA in wills and estate plans including annuities, life insurance and charitable remainder trusts. Planned gifts fund Endowment, which provides investment revenue for Y programs services and establishes a source of funding for unforeseen emergencies and opportunities.
