Scholarship Policy The Illinois Valley Y believes in providing membership and program services to all who desire to participate in the Y. If you are interested in making the Y a part of your life, but feel you cannot afford the regular rates, you may be awarded a partial scholarship of acceptance. The scholarship program, supported in part through Y Care campaigns, provides membership and program scholarships for those in need within our available resources. Please click on the link below to be able to print out the scholarship form. Please remember to include all of your financial information and documentation to the Y. If no information is included with the scholarship, it will be returned and no scholarship will be awarded until financial information is given. This includes latest tax forms, social security payments, medical card, food stamps, etc. Copies only please. If you need copies made, please stop in at the Y and the courtesy counter will be glad to do this for you and return to you your original copies.
