BODY FAT ANALYSIS

A true measure of leanness is your percentage of body fat - not the old height and weight charts. Complete computerized body composition analysis is a great way to check your success before, during, and after your workout. See the personal trainer on staff.

WALKING CLUB:

The YMCA has a Walking Club for YMCA members and Prime Time participants. The club charts daily walking totals, and awards walkers for miles attained. This has been a popular activity at the YMCA track. The track features include a synthetic surface that is easy on your body and fun to walk or jog on. Miles are kept track of and if you would like to see how many miles you or anyone in the club walks, click on the link below.

The YMCA's policy is that no one will be turned away because of lack of funds. If you know of a person who would benefit from a YMCA membership or program, but does not have the needed funds, please contact our courteous staff.
