Take advantage of the free opportunity to regularly monitor your blood pressure. Free screenings are available through IVCH and St. Margaret's Hospitals at the YMCA. In addition, the YMCA has a computerized Health Monitor Center that measures blood pressure, located in the Wellness Center.

BODY COMPOSITION & FITNESS ASSESSMENT ANALYSIS

A true measure of leanness is your percentage of body fat - not the old height and weight charts. Complete computerized body composition analysis is a great way to check your success before, during, and after your workout. SEE THE PERSONAL TRAINER ON DUTY.
