Group Fitness Class Information:

Power Yoga: Traditionally called Ashtanga Yoga is an ancient practice of strength and flexibility. Adding Yoga to your regular routine will increase the benefit and eliminate the pain.
Gentle Yoga: Less strenuous than Power Yoga yet can be modified for those that want a more challenging workout. All ages enjoy this class.
Pilates: Combines the practice of Joseph Pilates with fitness balls, resistance bands, and foam rollers, helping to build long, lean muscles.
Sun Style Tai Chi: A softer form of Tai Chi that consists of fluid, gentle, graceful and circular movements that are relaxed and slow in tempo. Emphasis is on breathing, bringing in the mental and internal part of class.

We offer 1 on 1 Yoga sessions for a fee of $25.00 per session. Class is designed to fit your personal needs.
Step Aerobics: A great workout for your lower body as well as cardiovascular conditioning.
Indoor Cycling: Stationary bikes are used. The class leads you through a journey that simulates a variety of terrains. Each participant controls the intensity of their workout.
Kick Boxing: Combines punches and kicks in combinations to challenge your brain as well as your body; highly motivational for a little extra push to get going.
Total Toning: Uses dumbbells, stability balls, and weighted bars to tone muscles and build strong bones.
