The Invest in Youth Advertisers Club is an annual campaign that provides funds for those who cannot afford YMCA services. The YMCA does not turn anyone away for inability to pay. Due to the generosity of members, program participants, local businesses and friends of the Y, this mission is a reality with over 150 family scholarships and $10,000 worth of program services granted to those in need in 1999. For the year 2000 we have already granted over 100 scholarships. Without the Invest in Youth campaign, hundreds of children, teens, adults, and seniors simply could not afford a membership of program at the Y. Your dollars stay local, directly building a stronger community. Make your contributions today!
Businesses who contribute to the YMCA will have the opportunity to advertise their business or trade in our popular program brochures (4-5 per year), newsletters (5 per year), and sports T-shirts at a very low cost. Also, you will be included on the "Invest in Youth" Plaque located in the lounge area and the lobby of the exercise center. Your support enables the YMCA to advertise the programs for all.
Remember, the sport T-shirts are worn forever by the youngsters. You also receive a 2x2 inch ad in the brochures and these go out to over 8000 members and 5,000 others who receive our regular brochures. Don't forget about the possibility of having hundreds of youngsters running around with your name on youth sports T-shirts.
