Group Fitness
We've seen a lot of new
faces in our classes lately. More people are trying Yoga and Pilates.
Even Chuck Taylor got off his bike and tried a Yoga class. so guys,
don't be shy, some of our classes have more men than women attending.
If you like a class that is dance based, try Fitness Fusion. We will be
adding this class on Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30 pm.
some of our instructors have been working hard getting ready to get in
the water. that's right, water aerobics! If you are planning on
attending these classes, it is highly recommended that you wear water
shoes. Also, when you are choosing what to wear, remember you won't be
sunbathing, you'll be working out in the water. It's going to be fun!
YMCA

New Kyle Burkiewicz Playground
The YMCA is building a new playground outdoors to
be connected to the Preschool Enrichment Center. the playground has been
donated by the family of Kyle Burkiewicz. Kyle attended and enjoyed YMCA
preschool and passed away this past spring. the family raised money for
the playground and many other items in memory of Kyle and his love of
YMCA preschool. Kyle always had a smile on his face and the family's
hope is that many other preschoolers will benefit from YMCA preschool.
